In the event a True Leaf Pet product doesn't work for your dog, or your dog doesn't like the taste, we will issue a partial refund for unused, unopened, untampered product with proof of purchase within 30 days for refund or exchange. We are unable to process refund/exchange on used supplements. Our guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
Returning or Exchanging Items
You can return purchases by mail by sending an email to email@example.com. Include your name, address, order number and reason for return.
You must have a proof of purchase for all returns.

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is a flat rate regardless of the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
